We looked at a lot of massage chairs. I mean a lot. We decided on the Osaki Escape Duo for a number of reasons. First and foremost was the quality of the massage. The stretches and calf massage chief among them. I suffer from mild restless leg, and the strong massage (a little too strong at the highest level - which is a good thing) really helps and has led to better night's sleep and a much better feeling when I get out of bed in the morning.
The chair has a lot of tech, and it does take a while to understand it. Some of it still needs work.
Esthetically it fits very well into our bedroom.
Overall we are very well pleased with our choice.

If I had bought this chair for myself, I would give it 5 stars. But, I bought it for my husband who is recovering from a hip fracture repair. It was not a wise choice. It slants backward too much and the arms are short. Even when he scoots to the front of the seat to stand up, it is difficult to get a solid grip to push himself up. He loves the wide range of positions, the massage features and the heat but it is a difficult chair to get in and out of.

Great chair. Start on the lower settings as it can be intense. Be careful with applying force on side arm panels as they are not permanently fixed to the base. But, they work great on the arms and make for easy access if necessary to slide back to get in or out. Highly recommended!
