I love this recliner-- so comfy and I relax immediately with the zero gravity recline. The chair is manual and quite easy to use, smooth recline and return, leather is top quality and it is an attractive chair to have in our home.

The 2 men that brought and set up my chair were very professional and quick. This is a heavy chair and they both did a great job making sure to not touch any furniture Britt in. Thanks again white hlove for a great experience with your employees.

If I had bought this chair for myself, I would give it 5 stars. But, I bought it for my husband who is recovering from a hip fracture repair. It was not a wise choice. It slants backward too much and the arms are short. Even when he scoots to the front of the seat to stand up, it is difficult to get a solid grip to push himself up. He loves the wide range of positions, the massage features and the heat but it is a difficult chair to get in and out of.

Great chair. Start on the lower settings as it can be intense. Be careful with applying force on side arm panels as they are not permanently fixed to the base. But, they work great on the arms and make for easy access if necessary to slide back to get in or out. Highly recommended!

Delivery personnel had difficulty assembling the chairs. Had no knowledge on the operation of the chairs. Had to end up having a technician come in to complete the installation. Lots of waisted time for expensive chairs.

This chair is worth every nickel. Ordered it to help with our back issues and it really helps. The heat feature combined with the various massages fixes us up nicely. Chair is high quality, strong and durable.

I flew from Texas to Las Vegas to visit your store. Don was there to help me. He was very knowledgeable about massage chairs, in general and specifically to the chairs on the floor. Very good quality use it daily. Massage chair planet was very helpful in picking out a chair.

Very nice chair with great options. The only downside is that you really need to be at least 5.8" to fit in the chair w/flat feet in the foot massager.

I our gazed thus chair for my daughter and husband. OMG they absolutely 💯 love it!!! The only problem to keep down arguments they had to create a schedule as to what time each one will use it!!

As long as I have on shoes my heels will feel the leg rest extension otherwise I am short and don't feel the extension.

This chair does everything. In the short time we have had it we have fell in love with it.
