In an effort to make sure all of our customers are happy with their new massage chair purchase we are offering this special extended return/exchange policy on a select group of chairs. We selected these chairs because we know that these chairs are our best in class. These chairs have continuously provided us with the best reviews, fewest returns, and most positive reviews. The goal of this program is to make sure that even if your very first massage chair doesn’t live up to your expectations after 30 days of use, you’ll have the option to exchange for a chair that does.
Here’s how the No Hassle Exchange Program works:
Try an eligible Massage Chair for a minimum of 30 days, and if you are not 100% happy with it, you can exchange it for a different eligible chair up to 90 days from the date it was delivered. Simply tell us which chair you want instead and we'll ship it out.
The promotion applies to eligible massage chair orders placed 4/1/21 thru 6/30/21.

No credit card fees on exchange (even though we may be charged)
No shipping charges on exchange (provided you keep the box, packaging materials, and everything the chair came with -- SEE BELOW)
When the chair is delivered, whether with white-glove service or curbside service, we require you to keep the original box and packaging for the 90 day period. If the original box, packing and everything the chair came with is not able to be returned (owners manual, stand, remote, etc) we will not be able to offer a return/exchange on the chair
If you are unable to physically put the chair in the box and have it ready for our freight company to pick up, a $300 packaging fee will be charged to have this done for you.
Cannot be combined with other promotional programs (Trade-in, $500 Fly into Vegas, Or Price Match Requests)
Orders will be fulfilled as normal, but customers will be able to exchange the massage chair after the allotted use window if not 100% satisfied with a different massage chair. If you are getting in-home setup (white glove delivery), we advise you to instruct the delivery person to give you the boxes so you can keep them in case you decide to return the chair. The chair must also be in like-new condition. MassageChairPlanet.com is fully invested in making sure our customers have a great massage experience in their homes even if their first choice wasn’t what they wanted, and this program allows us to do that.
If you return the chair and do not opt to exchange for a different chair:
We will require you to put the chair in the original box along with all of the accessories, owner's manual, stand, and everything it came with, in original condition, with no damage, along with the original packing to keep it from incurring any damage during transit.
If you are unable to physically put the chair in the box and have it ready for our freight company to pick up, a $300 handling fee will be charged to have this done for you.
A $300 shipping fee will be charged to complete your return.
This means A total of $600 will be deducted from your original purchase price if you have to have the chair boxed and do not want to exchange it for another chair. If the original box, packing and everything the chair came with is not able to be returned (owners manual, stand, remote, etc) we will not be able to offer a return/exchange on the chair

Additional Details: Cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. Cannot be applied to open-box products or already existing orders. If the chair cannot be returned in its original box and packaging, the chair cannot be returned. Must have and use a chair for 30 days before initiating exchange or return. The customer will be responsible for packing the chair in the box and having it ready for the freight company to pick up in either scenario. If you are unable to do this there will be a packing fee deducted from the refund (see above)
